The Music Icon Embraces a Hell Version of Herself in Fictional Documentary Preview
Charli XCX is preparing for a major film appearance in 2026, kicking off with the fictional documentary titled The Moment.
Throughout the movie, the artist plays what she calls as a hell version of her public image.
It’s the realest depiction of the music industry that I’ve ever encountered, the star commented.
She further explained in a discussion: It’s not a tour documentary, yet the concept originated from the demand to produce one.
A Glimpse into The Film
The initial preview, launched on this week, mixes authentic footage from her live performances with made-up off-stage interactions.
The mockumentary is helmed and co-scripted by her collaborator, who explained that the story revolves around a reality where the singer took completely different paths during the marketing of her smash hit album Brat.
